What are the refund policies?
We offer a full refund for Course Purchases when requested within the first 14 days from the purchase date.
We offer a full refund for the PRO subscription only on the first purchase of the PRO subscription when requested within the first 7 days of purchase. We do not offer any refunds for the recurring payments made for the PRO subscription, according to our terms of service
Please note that we only initiate refunds only when a user's account meets our Fair Usage Policy Restrictions as mentioned in our Terms of Service Page. We cannot initiate your refund if you do not meet any of the usage restrictions.
